Botox

When I was a kid, I used to love looking at adults who had "lines" across their forehead. I loved that look and used to try and make my forehead look that way. Be careful what you wish for! I now I have a very distinct "line" across my forehead that shows up when I move my eyebrows even in the most slight way. And it's not near as fun as I imagined it would be.

Of course I haven't even mentioned my frown lines that run perpendicular to my eyebrows and show up very easily when I've recently had my brows done. And the lines on my neck. And the wrinkles beside my nose that show up every morning if I slept most of the night on my side or stomach.

Since getting braces, I've had a few people comment that they make me look younger. Too bad they don't also eliminate all the wrinkles and gray hair. Then I might really believe people when they tell me I look 17.

I always thought those who get Botox are incredibly vain, but I'm kinda seeing their point now.
