Over the past 2 weeks Keith has eaten 2 breakfast burritos every morning (eggs, sausage, and cheese) and on the weekends has an egg and cheese omelet, sausage and biscuits. He has started taking his lunch to work most days (instead of eating out like he used to) which consists of a sandwich, chips, fruit, and a couple of snacks. He eats the dinners that I fix (but, of course, bigger portions) and almost always has a snack before bed. He doesn't have time to exercise because he leaves for work at 7am and doesn't get home until 7:30pm or 8pm. This morning, he came into the living room and said "Wow, since you bought those new scales, I've lost 9 pounds. Isn't that crazy?"
Somebody kill me now.

That would make me mad too Lydia but you are doing good so don't let that get you down! You are doing everything you are supposed to be doing and it sounds like you're doing a lot of the same things I'm doing. I've majorly cut back on my snacking and when I feel like having one, I try to steam a bowl frozen vegetables and eat it. It's filling and I only eat the ones I like. lol.
If it makes you feel any better, Waylon has been a bean pole since I met him. I think his weight might have fluctuated 5 pounds either way over the 11 years we have known each other. He weighs about 150 pounds and since he started his most recent job, I think he has actually lost weight! And he has never had any to lose! It makes me sick when I think about it.
Troy is the same way! If he thinks his pants are fitting tight he jogs around the block a few times and then he can snap them fine...ugh! Men's bodies are just not like ours at all! Hang in there girl you are doing great!
